Brad Hart – Director
With over 20 years recruitment experience in accounting, professional and financial services, Brad is the driving force and passion behind Hart’s unique brand and bring to the company as an elder statesman, his years of expertise in both recruitment and real estate sales.
When not hard at work, Brad lives in hope for the Parramatta Eels to revive their glory era of the late 80’s. You may also see him at Royal Randwick on a Saturday indulging his passion for the horses.
Lorraine Wee – Operations Manager
Lorraine has worked across most facets of the recruitment industry in the last 20 years in both a consultant and operations capacity for both boutique and international agencies. As the “fixer” in the Hart offices you will find her involved in everything from placing roles to troubleshooting IT issues.
In her downtime you will find her indulging her epicurean tendencies especially in the pursuit of good food. You will also find her trying to play the guitar (very badly).
Daniel Van – Manager, Professional and Commercial Accounting
Daniel has had several years of experience in specialist recruitment services for the accounting industry. He offers a consultative recruitment approach in full transparency for his clients and candidates and also thrives on the development of long-term relationships.
Outside of work, you’ll find him wining and dining around Sydney’s restaurants. His love of food has seen him travel just about anywhere for it. He is also a competitive tennis player (used to be).
Ashleigh Hennessy – Talent Manager, Professional Services
Ashleigh is a specialist recruitment consultant in the public practice industry. She takes great care in building professional business relationships with both her candidates and clients and will go above and beyond the expectations expected of her to ensure that everything is done quickly and professionally. Ashleigh has a wealth of knowledge in the Sydney and Melbourne markets and has a vast network across regional NSW.
In her spare time, Ashleigh can be found in the stands at Parramatta stadium cheering on her beloved Eels.
Julie Manoogian – Talent Manager, Professional Services
Prior to her commencement at Hart as a specialist recruitment consultant in the public practice field; Julie was an accountant at William Buck working within Business Services and Audit. Committed to providing quality service, Julie is passionate about finding the right solution to meet the career and business needs of professionals and employers. With strong knowledge of both accounting and recruitment, Julie represents markets across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
In her downtime, Julie enjoys watching NRL games and spending time with family and friends.
